1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Virtual Stager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Virtual Stager provides AI-powered virtual staging, item removal, and photo editing services for real estate photography. The Service allows users to upload images and generate modified versions using our proprietary artificial intelligence models.

3. User Accounts & Credits

Users must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The Service operates on a credit-based system or subscription model.

  • Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant Virtual Stager a license to process the images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You own the generated output images produced by the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene material.
  • Violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Generate misleading or fraudulent real estate listings that misrepresent physical aspects of a property beyond standard virtual staging practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Virtual Stager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
