Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Virtual Stager, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with our AI-generated results. Because our service delivers digital image processing immediately upon credit usage, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered.

2. Credit Purchases

All sales of credit packages (Pay As You Go) are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and will remain on your account until used. If you accidentally purchase multiple packages due to a technical error on our side, please contact support within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we may grant a refund if you request it within 48 hours of the renewal charge AND you have not used any credits from the new billing cycle.

4. Quality Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee perfect results for every possible photo due to the nature of AI generation, we do want you to be happy. If an image completely fails to generate or produces a severely glitched output, our support team will manually review and refund the credits used for that specific generation. Please reach out to support@virtual-stager.com with the image ID.
